EMROSE POLICIES

To preserve the comfort, privacy, and experience of every guest, we kindly ask that the following property policies be observed throughout your stay.

These guidelines help us maintain a safe, peaceful, and beautifully cared-for environment for everyone at EmRose.

 

SMOKING

EmRose is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside any cabin or interior guest space.

If smoking occurs inside a cabin, a minimum charge equal to one night’s cabin rate plus applicable tax, together with a $500 deep-cleaning fee, may be applied.

 

PETS

EmRose welcomes dogs in designated accommodations. A non-refundable pet fee applies and will be disclosed prior to arrival.

A maximum of one dog per cabin, up to 50 lbs, is permitted.

 

Dogs may not be left unattended in the cabin and must remain leashed or secured in a carrier while in shared areas and during housekeeping service.

Dogs are not permitted in the Main House, swimming pool, or on furniture.

 

Guests are responsible for any damage, repair, replacement, or extraordinary cleaning resulting from their pet. Additional charges may be applied to the payment method on file when necessary.

 

REGISTERED GUESTS & VISITORS

To preserve the privacy and security of the property, please notify EmRose in advance of any visitors who will be joining you.

Visitors may be asked to present valid photo identification upon arrival.

Access to guest accommodations and resort amenities is reserved for registered guests and approved visitors.

 

AGE REQUIREMENT

The primary guest responsible for a reservation must be 18 years of age or older and must be prepared to present valid identification.

 

PAYMENT & INCIDENTALS

The payment method provided with the reservation may be authorized for the full accommodation charges and applicable taxes associated with the stay.

An incidental authorization of up to $350 per day may also be placed on the payment method on file.

Additional charges incurred during the stay, including damage, extraordinary cleaning, missing items, or other incidentals, may be applied to the payment method associated with the reservation.

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund terms applicable to your reservation are provided at the time of booking and in your reservation confirmation.

Reservations identified as non-refundable are not eligible for a refund once confirmed.

We encourage guests to review the terms associated with their reservation carefully before completing their booking.

 

SWIMMING POOL

• The swimming pool is reserved for registered EmRose guests.

• Children’s pool hours are 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.

• Children must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Children under one year of age are not permitted in the pool. Children ages one through three must wear an appropriate swim diaper.

• Swimming lessons and organized instruction are not permitted without prior authorization from EmRose.

• To preserve a peaceful atmosphere, loud phone conversations, amplified audio, speakers, and disruptive video calls are not permitted in the pool area.

 

FITNESS CENTRE

The Fitness Centre is reserved exclusively for registered EmRose guests.

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to use the Fitness Centre independently.

Guests ages 16 and 17 may use the facility only after completing any required waiver and while accompanied by a parent or responsible adult guardian.

Outside personal trainers and professional recording of training sessions are not permitted without prior approval from EmRose.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY & DRONES

Personal photography is welcome provided it does not interfere with the comfort or privacy of other guests.

Professional photography, commercial filming, organized photo shoots, and drone use require prior written approval from EmRose.

Guests may not photograph or record other guests without their permission.

 

QUIET ENJOYMENT

EmRose is designed to provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests.

We kindly ask that music, conversations, phone calls, and other noise be kept at a respectful level, particularly during evening and overnight hours.

Amplified speakers or disruptive noise in shared areas are not permitted.

 

PROPERTY CARE & DAMAGES

We ask that guests treat all cabins, furnishings, amenities, equipment, and grounds with care.

Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear caused by themselves, members of their party, visitors, or pets.

Repair, replacement, or extraordinary cleaning costs may be charged to the payment method associated with the reservation.

Furniture, fixtures, appliances, equipment, or property items may not be removed, altered, relocated, disconnected, or modified without authorization from EmRose.

 

RESORT AMENITIES

Use of resort amenities is subject to posted rules, operating hours, weather conditions, availability, and any applicable safety requirements.

Guests are expected to follow all instructions provided by EmRose staff and all signage posted throughout the property.

Certain amenities may require the completion of a guest waiver prior to use.

 

GUEST WAIVER & RELEASE

Certain resort amenities and activities may require completion of the EmRose Guest Waiver & Release.

By using applicable amenities, guests agree to follow all posted safety instructions, property rules, and operating guidelines.​
